1. Who we are

This policy explains how Core Financial Network, INC. ("we", "us", "MyFairShare") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit onboarding.myfairshare.app or join the MyFairShare pre-launch waiting list. We are based in the United States. For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (UK), Core Financial Network, INC. is the data controller of the information described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: when you join the waiting list we collect your name, email address, phone number, any questions you submit, referral details you choose to provide, and your consent choices.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, we receive basic technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page and approximate location derived from your IP address.

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, bank account numbers, card numbers, government ID numbers or trading credentials through this site.

3. How we use your information and our legal bases

We use your information to add you to the waiting list and contact you about the MyFairShare APP launch; to answer your questions; to send pre-launch updates and required disclosures you agreed to receive; to measure interest in the APP and improve this site; to prevent fraud and keep the site secure; and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR are: your consent (pre-launch emails, marketing cookies); steps taken at your request before you become a customer (managing your waiting-list place and answering questions); our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the site and understanding interest in the APP; and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential: a small amount of browser storage is required for the site to work, including remembering your cookie choice (stored as "mfs-cookie-consent"). These are always on.

Marketing: only with your permission we may use marketing cookies, such as a Google remarketing pixel, to measure interest in the APP and show relevant ads on other sites. These are intended to load only if you select "Accept marketing cookies". Declining has no effect on how the site works. Under the EU ePrivacy rules and the UK PECR, non-essential cookies require your consent.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the cookie banner back. You can also opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site, store waiting-list submissions and send email, under contracts that limit their use of it; with advertising partners such as Google, only if you accept marketing cookies; and with authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

6. International data transfers

We and our service providers process information in the United States and possibly other countries. If you are in the EEA or UK, your information is therefore transferred outside your country. Where required, we rely on approved safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism. 7. Data retention and security

We keep waiting-list information for as long as needed to run the pre-launch program and onboarding, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your rights in the United States

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us. Depending on your state of residence (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or others), you may have the right to know what we collect, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email us at the address below.

9. Your rights in the EEA and UK

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; restrict our processing; receive your data in a portable format; object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including for direct marketing; and withdraw consent at any time.

You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the EU, you can contact the authority in the country where you live or work.

10. Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
